I have a B.Tech in Information and Communication Technology, and a Masters in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). The Masters was conferred to me via Indiana University, where I spent over 2 years, working as a user experience designer and researcher. It is here that I shepherded research in understanding the technical barriers to increasing quality of life in social gerontology. My work as a UX designer equals that of research. I worked with Prof. Robert Skipworth Comer in providing UX solutions for a number of institutions in Indianapolis. Additionally, I have had considerable experience working for companies such as Stolt-Nielsen Ltd, Kellton Tech Inc, and Volkswagen in roles requiring UX proficiency. For a year, I worked as a Sr. UX Designer for PNC Financial Services; working towards relaunching their line of lending applications. Currently, I am a UX Designer at Amazon, working on ▆▆▆▆▆ to solve ▆▆▆▆▆▆.
I have a keen eye for design and a deep passion for storytelling. I am a firm believer in expressing stories through the medium of user centered design. Needs and wants can be mapped through data collection and the solution and it's delivery can be perfected via a thorough understanding of human centered design principles.
All problems are unique and therefore, their solutions require a variation in approach. By employing the vast array of skills and methodologies presented above, I work tirelessly to give a customizable solution to every problem.
